You get 16 different levels of resistance with this trainer – which is a bit low. There are easy-to-reach stop and start buttons along with 3 different buttons to start different workout programs – and controls for your resistance. You’ll be able to track your time, distance, speed, calories and heart rate on this console. Meaning it’s been streamlined to only give you the basic feedback information (which is fine since some people want that). Schwinn calls it a “streamlined” console. The console itself is a bit on the smaller side – and it’s not backlit.
